    TUNE & CLEAN

         Tune & Clean Procedure

• Clean nozzle assembly
• Lubricate burner and blower motor
• Replace nozzle, oil filter and pump strainer
• Vacuum or brush heat exchanger
• Inspect combustion chamber and chimney heel
• Perform combustion test for maximum efficiency
• Check all safety controls for safe operation

Plan B

3 LEAF CLOVER PLAN 

The Plan B Labor only Contract includes your Tune & Clean, all the services listed below and 24 hour emergency service for 1 full year. This contract is only labor free to replace parts that are covered in the Plan C parts and labor contract below.  This contract covers "No" parts.

• Clean and adjust electrodes
• Check oil pump and vacuum pressure
• Check fan and air diffuser
• Check for Ignition and Flame Failure
• Check and oil all motors and fan bearing
• Perform stack temperature and draft test
• Inspect all oil lines and tank for leakage   

PLAN C

4 LEAF CLOVER PLAN

     The Plan C  Parts and Labor Contract Includes:

•      Annual Tune Up       
•      Parts Coverage and Replacement
•      24 Hour Emergency Service
•      Free Labor for covered parts

Parts covered for Repair and or Replacement includes :Aquastat, Circulator Motor 1/25 hp, Primary controls, Stack and Circulator relay, Ignition Transformer and leads, Cad cell bulb and leads, Electrodes, End Cone, Blast Tube, Nozzle Assembly and line, Blower Belt and Blower Motor, Fan Control, Limit Control, Burner Motor, Burner Coupling, Oil Pump, Draft Regulator and Flue Pipe where Assessable
